A message from Forte

As the COVID-19 situation continues, life as we know it has changed. At Forte we are aware of the vital role dispensing doctor’s play in supporting both patients and communities during this challenging period.

Whilst we are currently unable to work in our usual way and meet with you personally during these times, Forte are very much still here and available to help both you and your teams to manage your dispensary requirements and ensure you are able to access what you need form Alliance Healthcare, OTC Direct and NWOS.

During the last few weeks, your dedicated Business Development Manager and TeleSupport Executive have been supporting the wider business; we temporarily re-deployed our staff within Service Centres and Customer Services, so that they could directly enable the organisation to continue to support you with the required orders and deliveries.

As we now move into the next phase of COVID-19 we are re-focussing the team so that both your Business Development Manager and TeleSupport Executive are simply a phone call or email away from helping and supporting you and your practice however we can. We will be in contact with you shortly to discuss account reviews, compliance calls and any other services or support options to assist you. If you would like to arrange telephone calls or virtual meetings to suit your dispensary schedules, we will be more than happy to do this. Just because we are currently unable to visit you in person we can still provide an exemplary level of service and we are here help.
