Sally has worked successfully as a Dispensary Manager over the years and as such has gained a wealth of experience managing the dispensary and a large team of dispensers.

Sally knows that time in the dispensary is scarce, but that running a successful dispensary requires the precision and synergy of a tightly wound clock each person working as a team is the key to providing the best possible service to the patients, which is why every Thursday Sally offers her time to other practices to help train and develop staff so you can concentrate on running the dispensary rather than putting together training and development courses for staff development

She uses her expertise to offer staff training and dispensing consultancy. The training offered is wide ranging:

• New dispensers just starting out.
• Training on how to use the Drug Tariff and the BNF.
• Understanding about profitability balanced with appropriate cost effective prescribing.
• Managing risks in the dispensary.
• Effective dispensary management and team working.
• DSQS training.

Sally is passionate and enthusiastic when it comes to staff training and she fully supports CPD (continued professional development)

She also provides a locum dispenser service to practices.
